Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost here and at the checkout before finalising your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring your items arrive safely.

We ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. We will be offering shipping to all of EU, USA, Canada & Australia in 2024.

Currently we offer 2-3 day shipping to both the United Kingdom.

Currently we offer 2-3 day shipping to Ireland. The is no import or customs duties to pay guaranteed.

We work with all major carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Yodel, DHL & An Post. The most efficient carrier will be used depending on the order destination & weight. All orders offer full tracking.

An order tracking number will be sent by email upon dispatch. If you cannot see your order email, please first check your junk / spam box.

Yes we ship to the Scottish Highlands and islands.

The are no customs or import duties on any of our orders to the European Union guaranteed. You can read more information here.

Orders

Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our website, select the items you want to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to the checkout page, where you can review your order and make payment.

Most of our orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact our customer support team to request a cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, it can be returned for a full refund.

Please note, couriers charge a £7.95 fee for a delivery refusal of which would be deducted from any refunds due.

Each of the carriers we work with allow you to download their app and assign a "safe Place" to leave your order if you don't expect to be in.

Our couriers will make 3 delivery attempts if there is no safe place or suitable alternative available. Your goods will be then available for pick up at your local depot for a short period before being automatically returned to us.

Please download the app for your delivery courier and put in your tracking details to see a photo of the safe place the package has been delivered to. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact customer support here.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and other secure online payment options. Choose the one that suits you best during the checkout process.

We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived in perfect condition. We would ask that you forward a photo of the damaged goods in order to process a claim of which we will be happy to resolve.
