W.G. Buchanan & Son sugar strands are small strands of sugar in an assortment of colours used to decorate desserts and as toppings on ice cream sundaes. It is a mix of white, light pink, dark pink, orange, green and yellow sugar strands. It is ideal for adding colour to your favourite cakes and treats.

Sugar, Maize Starch, Non - Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Water, Emulsifier (Rapeseed Lecithin), Colours (Beetroot, Paprika, Lutein, Chlorophyll) Glazing Agents (Shellac, Acacia Gum)
